Here’s a delicious recipe for clam and cheese fondue to go with a fondue set.Ingredients:

8 oz. processed cubed cheese
4 oz. cubed swiss cheese
1 can minced clams
3 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped pimento
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
½ teaspoon of lemon juice
½ teaspoon of onion salt
Salt and Garlic powder as necessary.

Directions:

Place the cheese cubes in a glass serving dish, then drain the clams leaving about ¼ a cup of liquid.  Add the liquid to the cheese cubes, do not add the clams yet.  Melt the cheese cubes in the fondue pot, stirring often.  Once the cheese is melted, stir in the clams and the rest of the ingredients, then let sit for a few minutes.  Best served with hunks of French bread or Triscuits.
